Mark Rauterkus has the experience and answer to the biggest and possibly the most important issue relating to AQUATICS today: teaching urban-and-inner-city youth to learn-to-swim and learn water-safety thru game play and sport. Mark has the experience and credentials that the vast majority of the other swim coaches don't have. Capitalizing on these strengths will propel the other programs to the top. SKWIM can take them to the top.
Most likely these new players will be a leading indicator and the swim team players transitioning to also playing SKWIM will be a lagging one.
Just a thought, beyond the school district, Mark's energy could be directed to Boys and Girls Clubs, in addition to YMCAs and Municipalities. All are prime-time audiences for Mark's presentations.
